StsSmart Gizlilik Politikası

StsSmart, kumaş deposu ve satış işlemleri (mal kabul, sevk, sipariş, sayım, raf ve barkod işlemleri) için kullanılan kurumsal bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulama yalnızca, kullanıcı hesabı şirket yöneticisi tarafından açılmış çalışanlar tarafından kullanılabilir; uygulama içinden hesap oluşturulamaz. Uygulamanın geliştiricisi YAZAR.DEV'dir.
Hangi verileri işliyoruz?

Kamera
Kamera yalnızca siz açtığınızda kullanılır: barkod okumak ve sevkte teslim fotoğrafı çekmek için. Barkod okuma cihazın üzerinde yapılır; kamera görüntüsü kaydedilmez ve gönderilmez. Yalnızca sevkte çektiğiniz fotoğraf sunucuya yüklenir.
Ne yapmıyoruz?
- Reklam göstermiyoruz, reklam kimliği kullanmıyoruz.
- Konum, rehber, mikrofon ya da cihazdaki dosyalara erişmiyoruz.
- Analiz/izleme araçları kullanmıyoruz ve verileri satmıyor, üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmıyoruz.
Verilerin aktarımı ve saklanması
Uygulama ile sunucu arasındaki tüm iletişim şifrelidir (HTTPS). Veriler, uygulamayı kullanan şirket adına işletilen sunucularda saklanır. Uygulama güncellemeleri için Shorebird hizmeti kullanılır; bu hizmete kişisel veri gönderilmez, yalnızca anonim bir kurulum tanımlayıcısı, uygulama sürümü ve platform bilgisi iletilir (Shorebird gizlilik politikası). İş kayıtları, şirketin yasal saklama yükümlülükleri süresince tutulur.
Haklarınız ve hesabın silinmesi
Hesaplar şirket yöneticisi tarafından yönetilir. Hesabınızın kapatılmasını, kişisel verilerinize erişim, düzeltme ya da silme talebinizi şirket yöneticinize veya aşağıdaki adrese iletebilirsiniz. Yasal olarak saklanması gereken iş kayıtları (ör. sevk belgeleri) dışında kalan kişisel veriler silinir.
Çocuklar
Uygulama iş amaçlıdır ve 18 yaş altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir.

StsSmart Privacy Policy

StsSmart is a business app for textile warehouse and sales operations (goods receipt, shipping, orders, stock counts, shelf and barcode operations). It can only be used by employees whose account was created by their company's administrator; accounts cannot be created inside the app. The app is developed by YAZAR.DEV.
Data we process

Camera
The camera is used only when you open it: to scan barcodes and to take a delivery photo when shipping. Barcode scanning happens on the device; camera images are not stored or sent. Only the delivery photo you take is uploaded.
What we don't do
- No ads and no advertising ID.
- No access to location, contacts, microphone or files on the device.
- No analytics or tracking tools; we do not sell or share data with third parties.
Transfer and storage
All communication between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS). Data is stored on servers operated for the company using the app. App updates are delivered via Shorebird; no personal data is sent to it, only an anonymous install identifier, the app version and the platform (Shorebird privacy policy). Business records are kept for as long as the company's legal retention obligations require.
Your rights and account deletion
Accounts are managed by the company administrator. To close your account or to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, contact your administrator or the address below. Personal data is deleted except for business records that must be kept by law (e.g. shipping documents).
Children
The app is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18.
